Un'azienda britannica può fare da responsabile?

Non dalla Gran Bretagna: il responsabile deve essere stabilito nell'UE, e Inghilterra, Scozia e Galles ne sono fuori dal 31 gennaio 2020. L'Irlanda del Nord è l'eccezione: lì il GPSR si applica in forza del Quadro di Windsor, quindi un'azienda stabilita in Irlanda del Nord va bene.
